Description: This course, taught by a Master Instructor Trainer, prepares Wisconsin LESB certified officers to effectively administer and teach the Tactical Response training program. The goal of this program is to prepare certified officers who are proficient in using tactical response concepts to deliver LESB-approved Tactical Response curriculum. This is a 32-hour instructor certification course, it is NOT a basic SWAT course.

Prerequisites: Candidates must have 3 years full-time experience, completed the CJ-Instructor Development Course OR be a currently-certified LESB instructor, and submit all appropriate forms prior to the start of this course.

Equipment Required: – Students will need to bring appropriate clothing, duty belt, training weapon, body armor, and protective eyewear
